Sandra Geoff and family, our thoughts are with you at this breaking of natural bond with your dear mother. Lots of memories of us living at Hackett as neighbours and of course the Bus Depot days, Appreciated your mom in recent years for her visits to the lodges sharing spiritual things over coffee, meals and crafts with my mother Leona
Take care and continue the legacy. Lyle Betty Jean and family

To Marlene's family: I just heard about the passing of my mom's cousin this morning. We only live in Ponoka, and for so long it has been my goal to head to Stettler and have coffee with her. She looked so much like mom - I once saw her on the same flight as me, and actually had a flight attendant ask if she was indeed from my family....and she was :) I had the opportunity to spend a few cousin's coffees with her at Tim Horton's in Abbotsford over the years when our trips to the Valley coincided, and those are good memories I will treasure. Marlene really was a special lady (and cousin). Blessings to you all.

I want to age (and I am aging) like Marlene. She always was ready for a trip.. A project... A coffee. My condolences she was a lady with spunk, character and a smile.
